tkk66 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

tkk66 strongly recommends that all Players enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. While 2FA is strongly encouraged, you remain responsible for any activity conducted from your Account regardless of whether 2FA is active.

• You must notify tkk66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

• You must not access your Account using public or unsecured Wi-Fi networks without appropriate personal security measures in place.

Any transactions completed using your Account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as valid unless you have previously notified tkk66 of a security breach relating to your Account. tkk66 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All tkk66 Account balances are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules govern the movement of funds into and out of your Account:

Deposits: tkk66 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. tkk66 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider's own terms may apply.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to fund the Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your Account must have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods, national holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the tkk66 Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market as published in the relevant game interface or sports betting section:

• A bet is deemed accepted only when it has been confirmed by the tkk66 system and a confirmation reference has been generated. Bets displayed as "Pending" have not yet been accepted and may be declined by the system.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances (including any winnings generated through prohibited activity), and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tkk66 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of tkk66 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of tkk66.

Game content, software, and RNG systems provided by third-party Game Providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of those respective providers and are subject to their own licence terms as well as these Terms & Conditions.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkk66 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss, even where tkk66 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

tkk66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your Account in the six calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• tkk66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and third-party service failures may affect Platform availability.
• tkk66 is not responsible for the quality or reliability of your internet connection or the device you use to access the Platform.
• Game outcomes are determined exclusively by the relevant Game Provider's certified RNG. tkk66 accepts no liability for losses resulting from normal game variance.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

tkk66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from tkk66.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the Account.
• A determination by tkk66 that the Player is located in a Prohibited Territory.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring Account closure or asset freezing.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting tkk66 support via the in-platform live chat. Where a Player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme, the Account will be closed and cannot be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period — typically a minimum of six months.

Upon legitimate Account closure (where no breach has been found), any remaining real money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Amendments

13 Governing Rules

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and tkk66 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, communications, or agreements whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
